The company attributed the growth to rising membership adoption and an expanded service menu that now includes Buccal nutrient strips, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Niagen, an NAD+ precursor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eight locations exceeded $1 million in annual revenue last year, with the top-performing unit generating over $3.2 million. Total locations sold now stand at 324 across 42 states and D.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The brand&#8217;s CEO and founder Amy Neary said the franchise plans to open additional locations, enter new markets, introduce new services and invest in franchisee support and technology in the year ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c2025 was a pivotal year for Prime IV,\u201d Neary said. \u201cFrom expanding our national presence to introducing new, science-backed wellness offerings and strengthening our support for franchise owners, every milestone we reached this year reflects the strength of our brand and the dedication of our franchisees.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neary launched the concept in 2017 <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/ceo-corner-amy-neary-prime-iv-hydration-wellness-exclusive-interview\/\">before pivoting to a franchise model in 2020.<\/a> Administered by medically trained professionals, treatments take place in a spa-like setting with zero-gravity massage chairs, soothing music, blankets, cozy socks and infused water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IV therapies available include immune support, anti-aging and skin health, energy and vitality, weight loss and metabolism, athletic performance and recovery, altitude and travel support, hangover recovery and detox, general relief and restoration and pre- and post-surgery support. Select locations offer a weight management and metabolic health program, as well as Sermorelin injections for anti-aging and physical performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/primeivhydration.com\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Prime IV<\/a> offers three membership tiers: Select, Essentials and Transformation, ranging from a single monthly IV drip with injection add-ons to two monthly drips and a wider selection of injections, all with VIP status and discounts on additional treatments.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Prime IV Hydration &#038;
