{"id":149801,"date":"2026-02-10T16:29:48","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T21:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/?p=149801"},"modified":"2026-02-17T11:55:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T16:55:33","slug":"hyatt-exhale-spa-salt-fitness-wellness-club-loews-atlanta-hotel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/hyatt-exhale-spa-salt-fitness-wellness-club-loews-atlanta-hotel\/","title":{"rendered":"Exhale Spa, Salt Fitness Revamp Wellness Club Inside Loews Atlanta Hotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-co-branded-space-features-a-reformer-pilates-studio-technogym-equipment-a-full-spa-and-recovery-modalities-including-red-light-contrast-therapy-and-more\">The co-branded space features a reformer Pilates studio, Technogym equipment, a full spa and recovery modalities including red light, contrast therapy and more<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The Exhale spa brand is expanding its partnership with Salt Fitness, an Atlanta-based performance and recovery brand, to bring more fitness and wellness programs to the Loews Atlanta Hotel in Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the newly renovated facility, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saltfitness.com\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Salt Fitness<\/a> will bring a portfolio of programs in Pilates, strength training, conditioning and recovery, while <a href=\"https:\/\/exhalespa.com\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Exhale<\/a> offers spa treatments and its signature barre and yoga classes, all alongside a fitness center outfitted with <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/technogym-equipment-milan-cortina-olympics\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"116084\">Technogym equipment<\/a>, cardio machines and free weights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the new co-branded location is within the Loews hotel, it will operate as its own wellness club with membership plans, offering three tiers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spa<\/strong>: $159\/month; One 60-minute treatment per month and access to the spa facilities, plus discounts on other services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fitness<\/strong>: $189\/month; Access to unlimited Exhale barre and yoga classes, access to the gym and some discounts towards other services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salt<\/strong> \u2013 $294\/month; The most comprehensive option provides unlimited access to Salt Fitness classes, Exhale\u2019s yoga and barre classes, spa facilities, a monthly spa treatment and further discounts on other services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, members will have access to services like Train by Salt, a coach-led strength and conditioning program and Modern Pilates by Salt, a series of reformer-based classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt also brings in a Recover by Salt space featuring contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression and percussive experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium_large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"788\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355-788x443.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-149806\" srcset=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355-788x443.webp 788w, https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355-1180x664.webp 1180w, https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355-428x241.webp 428w, https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355-1536x864.webp 1536w, https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/HIGH-20260205-154913-7355.webp 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 788px) 100vw, 788px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">credit: Exhale<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While Exhale was originally bought by Hyatt in 2017, it was later sold in 2020 and now operates within select properties including the Loews Atlanta and Loews Miami hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new intra-hotel club arrives as fitness and wellness tourism continues taking off, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/fitness-travel-on-the-rise-tripadvisor\/\">fast-growing trend of \u201cSweat Jetting,\u201d<\/a> a phenomenon where travelers book trips around race weekends and athletic experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitality destinations are also adapting to the changing times \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/wellness-recovery-luxury-ski-resorts\/\">even luxury ski resorts<\/a>, which are incorporating cold plunges, saunas and oxygen therapy into their facilities to meet rising demand for recovery and wellness amenities on vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Correction: A previous version of this story referred to Exhale spa as being owned by Hyatt.
