\u201cThe key differentiator now is judgment. Knowing the work, seeing the person, landing the cue and knowing when you\u2019re out over your skis. It demands a keen eye alongside physical execution,\u201d Shannon says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEquipment, digital tools and demand will continue to change,\u201d Jim notes. \u201cWhat matters is whether standards, scope and expectations remain clear as those changes occur.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For executives and operators, that means building a visible development framework. \u201cThink of it as building a talent pipeline over and above a hiring pipeline,\u201d Jim says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That pipeline only works when expectations are clearly defined and consistency is reinforced over time. \u201cStandards are a ladder: same bar, clear lanes and real support. When studios hold up over time, they protect the roots while letting the branches expand,\u201d Jim says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If there\u2019s one mindset shift Merrithew wishes more operators would make, it\u2019s this: education is not content delivery. It\u2019s decision support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
