Most recently, Carver served as president and CEO of Converse, where he oversaw growth across digital, direct-to-consumer and international channels, and held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, North America and global digital operations. Reuters reported in July that Carver had stepped down from his role as Converse&#8217;s chief executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taylor, who founded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tracksmith.com\/us\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\">Tracksmith<\/a> more than a decade ago, will remain closely involved in the business during the transition and continue to serve on the company\u2019s board.
