Designed for fitness and wellness businesses, the insurance platform looks to streamline the process of getting quality coverage while cutting out unnecessary fees <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Mindbody is launching Mindbody Insurance, a specialized insurance program designed specifically for the fitness and wellness software platform’s customers. The new service provides coverage, support and competitive prices reflective of the risks involved in the fitness and wellness industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWith Mindbody Insurance, we can collectively bargain on behalf of our tens of thousands of customers to get the best possible rate without all the unnecessary fees of traditional insurance,\u201d explained Fritz Lanman<\/a>, CEO of Mindbody. “Our plans save our customers money while providing comprehensive coverage and personalized policies unique to their business so they can focus on running their business, worry-free.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fitness and wellness industry requires unique coverage and specialized risk assessments, which Mindbody says it’s equipped to provide. The new insurance service is powered by the platform Authentic Insurance and allows customers to easily explore their coverage options and receive quotes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMindbody Insurance<\/a> came at a great time as my old policy was up for renewal. I was able to seamlessly and quickly complete the process online, without the hassle that usually comes with traditional insurance companies,\u201d Joel Crosby, owner of\u00a0Vitality Method said in a testimonial. \u201cIn the end, the final quote ended up saving me a decent amount of money each month, which for a small business can mean everything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mindbody also launched Mindbody Capital<\/a> earlier this year, which offers a streamlined approach for fitness and wellness businesses seeking funding, including making loan offerings based on a business\u2019 integrated payment processing, deposited in as little as 1-2 business days and offering a simplified repayment structure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the new launches, Mindbody appears to be investing in a comprehensive suite of products for small business owners in the fitness and wellness space. Mindbody, which acquired popular fitness class booking platform ClassPass<\/a> in 2021, has been betting big on the surging in-person fitness and wellness landscape<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
